Accepted Methods of payment

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, Debit Cards, Cash and Personal Checks. Payment is due upon pickup of your pet. If your pet is staying with us for an extended period of time, we may request to process payments at regular intervals.

Check out time

Check out time for pick up is 5:30 pm weekdays and 12:30 pm on Saturdays. After these times an additional day boarding charge will apply.

Belongings

We provide each overnight guest with comfortable, elevated bedding and blankets which are regularly cleaned. You are welcome to bring your pet's special blanket, toys and treats to make them feel more at home.

Diet and Nutrition

We use high quality premium branded food for your pet's health nutrition. We will be pleased to follow your pet's regular feeding routine as instructed by you. Some pets may be sensitive to a change in diet or just have a liking for their own food. Should this be the case, we would be pleased to serve your pets own food as instructed.
